One plain answer: do I qualify?

The Cost of Living Cash Credit pays eligible seniors and welfare recipients $100 a month. We built the portal that explains it, checks eligibility and takes registrations, alongside a rebuilt National Insurance website.

The challenge

A new payment, a nation asking.

When a new benefit is announced, the phones ring. Most callers need one answer: am I covered, and do I have to do anything?

The Ministry of Finance and the NISSS needed that answer online, in plain language, for people who are not used to doing this kind of thing on a phone.
