Automated renewals
Dues on the cycle you set, with reminders that chase themselves.
Members and dues. The conference and everything that happens on the day. CPD and certificates anyone can verify. Courses, the vault, newsletters and the reports the board asks for. One record of every member feeds all of it, and we set it up and run it with you.

Members of professional bodies carry a recurring obligation to earn and evidence credits. That obligation, not networking and not the agenda, is what reliably brings a member back when there is no conference on.
So WavesPath puts the CPD ledger at the centre and feeds it from everything else. A delegate scanned into a session on Tuesday is a credit on a transcript by Wednesday and a renewal reminder eleven months later. That is the difference between software used three days a year and software used every month.

Each is useful on its own, and each feeds the others. Not a conference app with a members list bolted on, and not a CRM that has heard of events.

Software does not print a badge or point a camera. Registration tablets, badge printers and signage kiosks arrive set up and paired to the event; a content studio records sessions and turns them into course modules; and technical concierges run the slide desk, registration and stage screens on the day. The organisation never buys equipment it uses once a year.

There is no price list, because a national body with four thousand members and a chapter with ninety are not the same job. We look at the organisation first, agree the terms, and then set WavesPath up and run it with you, rather than handing over a blank system.

Professional associations, membership bodies, non-profits and organisations that run training, across the Caribbean. It suits a secretariat of two with a board of volunteers as well as a national body with thousands of members.
Yes. Dues, tickets and course fees are taken through a Caribbean payment gateway connected to the organisation’s own account, so the money arrives with you. Cash and bank transfers are marked paid by hand on the same ledger.
Yes. Your own domain, your logo and colours on every page and email, and mail sent from your own address. Tickets can even be sold through your existing WordPress shop.
Yes. Every certificate has a number that answers on a public verification page, so a registrar can check it without calling you.
After a conversation. What we quote depends on the size of the organisation and what it needs switched on, and it is agreed before anything is set up.
Tell us about your members, your conference and your board. We will show you how it fits.
